Payment
- In store: We accept Amex, Visa, MasterCard, debit cards, cash and e-transfers. No cheques, PayPal nor any other method is accepted.
- Remote Purchases: We accept only e-transfers at this time.
- E-transfers: Once a total and password has been provided, e-transfers may be sent to our main e-mail address. You should receive confirmation of receipt from your financial services provider but we will also confirm via email.
Currency
- All prices and transactions are in Canadian dollars.
Taxes
- All prices are pre-tax and are subject to Ontario and Federal tax standards (13% total). It is the purchaser’s responsibility to claim back any exemptions (if out of province, etc).
Returns and Exchanges:
- All sale items are final sale – no returns.
- Any item discounted more than 10% for any reason is final sale – no returns.
- Electronics, lights and related items are final sale unless defective.
- Water bottles are final sale – no returns.
- Gift Certificates are final sale – no returns.
- All returns and exchanges must be in as-new condition with ALL original undamaged packaging, unless defective.
- All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the order number and/or original receipt.
- All returns and exchanges must be within 30 days of purchase.
- If shipping a return or exchange to us for any reason, you MUST have prior authorization. We cannot be held responsible for unauthorized returns. Please email: info@hoopdriver.ca
- If shipping a return or exchange to us you are responsible for paying the shipping charges. If being returned due to being defective then the shipping will be refunded after proven defective.
- Replacement items, other than those proven defective, are subject to new shipping charges.
- Returns of bicycles are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be in as-new condition.
- Customized bicycles (with any parts swaps or additions) are final sale – no returns.
- We stand behind, and are authorized dealers for, all of the products we sell. If an item seems to be defective within the manufacturers warranty period it will be sent back to the distributor/manufacturer for inspection. Any item proven defective will be replaced with the same or similar model or refunded in full if other conditions (time lapsed, etc.) are met. If at all possible, we will replace a proven defective item on-the-spot.
Restocking Fees
- Returns of bicycles are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be in as-new condition.
- Returns of other items that do not meet the conditions above will only be accepted for refund or exchange at our discretion and if accepted by us are subject to restocking fees.
Warranties
- We are authorized dealers for all the products we sell and will honour all warranty conditions from the manufacturer. Please contact us if you have any problem with any product purchased from Hoopdriver Bicycles.
